The reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to 12:00PM and them from 4:00PM to 9:00 PM.
Rooms are available from 4:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
In case of early arrival or late departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge up to €60 in additional fees.
If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the hotel in advance to obtain access codes.
Please note that the hotel is not equipped with an elevator.

Group bookings (from 4 rooms or more) or reservations via third-party platforms may be subject to special terms and conditions (rates, guarantees, cancellations).
For direct bookings with the hotel (excluding groups):
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.

Accepted payment methods include: credit card from 10 euros and cash.
A credit card pre-authorization may be required as a guarantee at the time of booking or upon arrival.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused in their room or in the hotel’s common areas.
Any damage, theft, breakage, use of extra bed or tobacco odor will result in additional charges.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and hallways.
Any night(s) we are unable to rebook your room due to damage or odor will also be charged to you.
Free public parking in front of the hotel from 6:30 PM to 9:00 AM, and all day on Sundays and public holidays.

Public underground parking – "Indigo Anatole France", 113 Place Anatole France, 37000 Tours (5-minute walk). Rates decrease depending on the duration of parking.

A tourist tax of €1.15 per adult per night is charged in addition to the room rate.
This includes €1.10 tourist tax and €0.05 collection fee, and is transferred to the local authorities.
Requests regarding bed types or the addition of extra beds will be honored subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.
Upon arrival, guests may be required to present a valid photo ID and a valid credit card.
